How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, especially for peak seasons. However, we can often arrange trips with as little as 4 weeks' notice.

Are your packages ATOL protected?

Yes. All our flight-inclusive packages are fully ATOL protected and we are also ABTA members, providing additional financial and legal protection.

Can you cater for dietary or accessibility requirements?

Absolutely. Please mention any requirements in your enquiry and we will plan your trip accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 12 weeks before departure.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We do not sell insurance directly but we can recommend trusted providers. Travel insurance is a requirement for booking with TourLand.
